I've never been a huge Cyborg fan but we needed to see that rematch before she left,especially with the lack of challengers Nunes has currently. Shevchenko who is maybe the most well rounded womens fighter,deserved the win in there second fight which would have made for a massive trilogy fight, which is something that should still happen in next 12 months as they are easily the 2 best womens fighters by a decent margin.
Nope she beat steroid style in under a minute to win the feather weight title. Amanda is gonna have to fight flyweight men to compete now.
Shevchenko pushed Nunes close and is P4P the nearest to Nunes in terms of talent, her technique is miles above that of Holm.
Rousey was nowhere near this level and got exposed, Nunes is from another planet to Rousey and Holm, she punches far too hard and fast for both of them and nobody can take her down now, she didn`t have the chin Spencer had and never proved she could take a shot before meeting Nunes, her trainer was awful.
She can throw hands like a dude so if any chick wants to have a chance against her standing up she is gonna need some true defensive/counter punching boxing skills. Amanda destroys broads on their feet and if a fighter wants to beat her you are gonna have to survive the hands and go for the tussle. The wrestling comes in handy with trying to tire her out for a pounding, pun intended, and keep this strong ass chick from throwing those tom boy punches. There needs to be a mix of James Toney pocket defense/counters with Klitchko clinching mixed with Kevin Randleman slamming . That's in fact how she lost all her past fights. Nunes does not do well on the bottom, she likes to be on top of a chick dominating, pun intended.
Nunes is very hard to take down now, she has improved her ground game, she is really well-rounded now.
Nunes has more skill, she can fight going forwards and backwards Cyborg had far trouble with the last person that fought Nunes.
