Cute statistic. Of course, Wilder was never 209 and in fact only weighed under it once in his career; his debut. Conversely, Rocky only made 192 twice in his career but we're just gonna put these inconvenient facts aside.

Rocky's the greater fighter. But in this time period he'd either need to fight at Cruserweight or take steroids to bulk up. And then you have no idea what type of fighter you end up with.

    You can say that again!
Agreed, P4P Rocky would fair A LOT better against these modern SHWS he's paired against. As he was, he stands no chance (well someone like Rocky always has that punchers chance). That's no slight on him that he couldn't compete against men 5+ inches taller and 50 pounds (in many cases more) heavier.

God. Still in 2020 you read people using vingo or Shkor as proof that Rocky could beat big modern hws... Please...
Marciano was a great warrior , a great brawler nobody never ever will debate this. But the size matters guys. Marciano is not a heavyweight. Today he would be small even for the cruiser division.
I don't know if anybody under 200 pounds could beat Rocky in the history of boxing but cmon guys... In the hw division a lot of boxers would have beaten Rocky

The worst part is, it's getting to the point where people have to blatantly lie in order to make a case for Marciano. Such are his deranged fanboys.

Yes. It is sad. But man i don't know about any boxer the same size than Rocky that could beat him.he was so strong ,tough and powerful for 185 pounds.

Can a sloppy light heavy stop a prime Walcott? Could Bruno?

Could Bruno take a better shot than Rocky because of his size though? Price can`t, neither could Audley Harrison.

Marciano wasn`t 6'3 like Usyk is, who is the same height as Bruno was.

No way could Bruno have taken Liston`s power no matter what the wight difference and Sonny had an 84 inch reach too, however Frank may have done better v Liston than Marciano would have.

    This is actually true.

Bruno was big and had a decent punch. But he was slow, had an average chin and poor stamina. It makes me laugh that people are now romanticising him as some kind of world beater.

He lost pretty much whenever he stepped up in class. Jumbo Cummings very nearly KO'd him.

Rocky loses to Foreman, Tyson, Bowe, Lewis etc.

    But he beats Frank Bruno.
