    I know some people who were at that fight. The Wilder fanboys would get so emotional when someone brought it up and claim lies (even though they didn’t even know him then). I guess it doesn’t sound so silly now they seen him get absolutely smashed in front of the world.

    The first Mike Whalley v Les Walsh fight was definitely filmed on the old Fight Night series. The two boys were best mates and had a war that is difficult to describe. I have spent years trying to find it but no diggety. Old Reg Gutteridge even got emotional commentating on it.

    There isn't much mystique around it. Joe Frazier was floored by Mike Bruce, got up, dropped him four times and stopped him. Deontay Wilder was floored by Harold Sconiers, got up, dropped him four times and stopped him. Muhammad Ali was floored by Sonny Banks, got up, dropped him and stopped him. Tyson Fury was dropped by Nevan Pajkic, got up, dropped him a couple times and stopped him.

    For most fighters, it's part of leaning the sport.

    It's when you spit out your mouthpiece and quit after going down that people start wondering about you.

    Manny Siaca vs Byron Mitchell I is one fight I have struggled to/failed to find. I hear it’s a really good fight, it’s just a shame I can’t see if that’s the case myself. Same goes for Antonio Diaz vs Hector Quiroz
