Debating my top ten WW list

    That's a huge factor actually, lists should really be pre-Eubank/Watson II tragedy and post-Eubank/Watson II tragedy, so pre-Sept91(same day weigh in) and post-Sept91(day before weigh in)

    Mosley at 135 was unbelievable with the speed he had before using weights, and will rank surprisingly high on my list with your criteria.

    Oscar at 130 was superb, and with that height and reach advantage.

    Sorry luf, I am with the general consensus here, Duran ( as great as he was ) is not to be ranked above Napoles, PERIOD.
    while we are at it , Armstrong is always above Hearns, imho.

    I disagree with both of these statements. Both were raw as hell at 135 and Oscar was very drained as a 130 fighter.

    Oscar didn't look great at SFW imo. He looked much better from the Genaro fight onwards.

    Mosley never looked good at LW imo, he looked much better at WW.

    I was thinking Burley but he never really had a career at WW and I think he was much more of a WW, but it is one I've debated internally.

    Britton Ive never seen and the people he's beaten I've not seen either so I find it hard to rank him.

    Walker sometimes makes it, sometimes doesn't, his results are a bit hit and miss imo.

    McLarnin, imo is over rated and is clearly the worst fighter in the Canz/Ross/McLarnin trio.

    I think Tito loses to everyone on the list.

    LMR very very nearly made the cut.

    This is why I found it really hard to rank Duran.

    I kept asking myself, if the other guy is WW champ, and Duran jumps up from LW to challenge him, will Duran win. And almost always my answer was yes.

    It's a good list. Duran was also brilliant in whupping Palomino at 147 as well.
