I've hunted for it, but never turned anything up.

Oh ya... Foxworth, Layne, Valentino. Valentino was never filmed I believe, but the photos are brutal.

Aren’t some of these listed sparring? That’s not the same as an exhibition.

And as tragic as it was, Drago-Creed deserves mention.

For that matter, wasn’t Balboa-Drago an exhibition ... or at least unsanctioned?

well, it comes close, doesn´t it?
would you agree to define an "exhibition" as a public sparring session?

    1) Two people practicing in a gym is not the same thing as a public exhibition.

    2) And not necessarily even in-ring: sparring situations I’ve been involved in are often situational (work on this thing, work on that thing) and sometimes they get heated, nobody does anything to try to entertain the onlookers in the gym ... I could probably list dozens of differences.

Don't forget Balboa/Dixon which was an actual exhibition.

    Ahh, Mason “The Line” Dixon.

But after thinking about it, I think the Balboa-Thunderlips exhibition is my favorite.
