Mike took the power of Julian Jackson, out-boxed Sambu Kalambay and gave James Toney everything he could handle.

GGG didn't even beat a 34 year old Derevyanchenko and SD is homeless man's interpretation of Mike McCallum. Mike takes GGGs 'killer' (LOL) power and laughs, then smashes his body up.

Canelo is a poor man's Toney at best, and McCallum nearly beat James. He'd smash Canelo's body and expose the cheating fraud for the stamina-less pornstar he is.

The Jamaican GOAT makes Nelo and G his bitches. :ggg

GGG had a better lead hand than McCallum and jabs more consistently, Mike`s best weight wa at 154, GGG wins this one for me I`d say.

GGG guaranteed, Canelo can do things with McCallum to, the gap between Canelo GGG v the rose tinted past is non existent. Canelo stands up to everyone, then you got his elite skills on top of that toughness, McCallum has all he can handle with Ginge

Mike was more skilful and more versatile.

    He’d have been the favourite.

Golovkin and Canelo both beat him, in my opinion.

No proof mate, just opinions. McCallum like all the past fighters had hard fights with fighters that weren't as skilled as either GGG or Canelo, that's how I look at it when I find myself running away with what past fighters can do, it's like past fighters are picked for their best fights in fantasy match ups when current generation are picked for their worst, people mentioned derevchenko....That's not prime GGG..Canelos prime now, I'd say he gives marvelous Marvin hagler all he can handle on a fantasy fight, why not ? Great IQ, tough as any of them, and when his backs against the wall he bites down big. He has his losses, but right now he's prime

A good boxer mover type with a jab is hell for both Golovkin and Canelo. Although, I think both can relatively hold their own with the majority of the past legends at their respective weights.

I think Micheal Nunn is one of the worst style matchups for them both even though he has some vulnerabilities himself on the inside.

Ggg more skilled than mcallum? Seriously? In what facet of boxing?

Moreover what makes ggg any more skilled than any of the mw fighters from the early 90s? He's pretty basic and really hasn't beaten anyone all that talented.

No I meant he had hard fights with fighters not as gifted as G and Canelo, just adding the balance mate. The early 90's middleweights were arguably the best generation ever. G isn't basic though mate, he's become methodical with age, he had every punch in the book prime with good footwork and chin as good as anyone that stepped in the ring. With a different trainer than Sanchez and imo you would've seen more skill and less seek and destroy. His jab alone is an excellent A Grade weapon. If he'd forgot about Canelo years ago and moved up to 168 he wouldn't have imo slowed as quick, because he still had the skill now it's to late, but business wise it was the best move he ever made..He wouldn't of got the 6 fight 100,000000 deal without the Canelo interest

Ironically or Unironically Golovkin and Canelo both have the same flaw which someone like Mayweather can capitalize on. A younger Golovkin didn't so much have the issue, though.

If Jacob's can take rounds off both GGG and Canelo, then McCallum has success against both too.

'Beats like a drum' is ridiculous but I'd favor Mike against both

I can see GGG's second wind catching up with Nunn, I think he folds late, maybe sooner than Toney got him, whilst maybe a head. Nunn was beautiful to watch, but a bit frail

I don't think GGG was prime against Jacobs, his speed had dipped
