John Fury accepts challenge from body builder

Look at his age, different times when he was doing the door, and the firm he done the door with wouldn't have him if he was the ***** doormen they have now. I agree that doormen just look good 90% of the time, but he bounced doors that you couldn't blag your way on. Back then it was your rep, now it's a college exam that got you in

 

could be pal, I don't doubt bouncers have got softer but I also can't see a true fighting man like Big John Fury allowing a bouncer of any era to stop him getting into a club if he decided he was going in there, can you?

The Furys are likeable characters while The Humble One is wearing a see through mask which fell off last week.

 

On the subject of bouncers getting softer, I think they had to because for years bouncers basically did illegal things. The amount of places I have worked where the bouncers seemed to do as they please is ridiculous, taking lads into a room for a pasting only to realise they'd "got the wrong one". The sooner the generation of knuckle dragging hard men disappear the better, a stain on society.

 

I’m no fan of bouncers but having worked behind the bar over the years you notice a BIG difference in the crowd and their behaviour if you’ve not got tough enough doorstaff
