    Tyson Fury

None of the men you've listed have achieved what he has excluding Pacquiao, but Pacquiao is old and shot and P4P takes into account their current form & potential.

Pacquiao is shot, but he just beat down Thurman. He and Mikey are a 60/40 fight in Pac's favor. Against Crawford, I think it's 60/40 in favor of Crawford. Pac against Spence is 55/45 in favor of Pac, imo. So he's shot, but a shot Pac is still leagues above many fighters.

haha Crawford and Spence would both stop Thurman. Thurman is injury prone.

    You're overrating old man Pacquiao.

Great fighter, but I fail to see how he ever makes top three given that, if all things were fair, he’d have his own weight division. The guy’s a monster.

The same Spence who was given problems by Kell Brook?

The same Spence who was lucky to get a decision over Porter?

Pac would have few issues with Spence. Crawford? Perhaps so.

I don't think there's a clear #1. Loma or Inoue are probably the two I would choose from. Canelo has the best resume so you could well choose him based on that but he's also had a lot of close calls\fortunate decisions, which subtracts from that for me. Crawford might well be that guy but his resume just isn't there for me. Plenty of solid wins, nothing fantastic though - he's in a very similar position to where GGG was at in that regard. Pac? Absolutely not. Usyk should be in the conversation too.

Loma but I like to consider myself a reasonable person and I am prepared to concede that an argument can be made for Nomaschenko, The Matrix, or Hi-Tech deserving that #1 spot instead.

Inoue and Crawford are nice but their opposition has been a bit meh or complete titty biscuits.

Clenelo has the best resume on paper but he also has the best judges and without that cosy little relationship he has with his judges and the safety net of only having to make it to the final bell to get his hand raised in place his resume would look a lot different.

GGG should have 2 wins over Clen. I guess if you're feeling in a very charitable mood towards gingers it could be 1-0-1

Manny and Loma are the only two fighters in the top 10 who are regularly giving away huge physical advantages to their opponents, whether it be weight, reach or both they're facing opponents who are significantly heavier (like at least 1 or sometimes 2 divisions heavier) and longer than them whereas it's the complete opposite when it comes to likes of Crawford and maybe some of the others.

I also award extra points for fighting outside your home country and even more for fighting in your opponent's backyard where everything is stacked against you as you should for both too, unless it's Clenelo who might as well be fighting in his living room when fighting on US soil. Loma would still be undefeated if he'd had a home ref for the Salido fight, let alone home advantage, a home ref, and home judges. And Manny doesn't have those L's on his record to Horn and Timachenko if he'd had the same.

I don’t think you can rank Pacquiao top dog pound for pound anymore not even in the last decade when it was Floyd.

I think we have to go with Canelo or Bud Crawford.
