    Whyte in a clear win.
Douglas had bags of ability but lacked the dedication and the discipline to be anything more than a gatekeeper. He lived off one performance (and what a performance it was) and was unable to produce anything close to it again.

If Douglas gets his jab going he wins comfortably.

You asking “Tokyo Douglas” or James “Buster” Douglas.

    “Tokyo Douglas” by KO late.
Dillion Whyte by KO early against “Buster”

If Dillian can land that beautifully disguised left hook, he ends the fight

No, Whyte is good at catch and counter tactics, he would block more shots than Tyson did and Douglas ovdercommitted with his jab which brought his head close enough for Mike to catch him with that uppercut, Whyte is more powerful than Douglas was.

I don’t rate Whyte as highly as some, that’s all.
Just my opinion. We all differ.
Whyte has less than a fifth of the poll votes too. Doesn’t mean he couldn’t win though

Buster Douglas from THAT night in February 1990 performed like an elite fighter. Not many people would have gotten past him.

Even the version that faced Tucker would give Whyte hell, he had a great jab and actually managed to hurt Tucker with his right hand. Whyte has been dropped/hurt by decent but not great punchers like Parker and Chisora, so Douglas could stop him.
I could also see Douglas gassing, getting sloppy and getting stopped late, but Whyte himself is also not exactly known for his gas tank.
In the end it's a pretty close fantasy fight, it would be fun to watch.

Douglas would beat Whyte, points or stoppage.

Chisora is stronger than Douglas, he wasn`t a hard puncher, he just hit Tyson a lot until he fell after landing a good uppercut, he was a crisp puncher, but Mike was out of condition.
