Etienne isn’t taken seriously anymore, but at one point was undefeated and had taken the zeros of Brewster and Olympian Clay Bey in a high action fight.

Cunningham barely lost an eliminator to Adamek and came within striking distance of stopping Fury in his next fight.

Boytsov passed the eye test and definitely was gonna challenge Wlad Or Vitali but got cut short.

Add Willie de Witt to Ranked And Never Got A Title Shot. Beat Henry Tillman in his last pro fight (avenging Olympic Final defeat) and retired 20-1 with a top 12 WBA ranking. Retired to become a lawyer in Alberta and this really annoyed/surprised his handlers apparently.

Bob Cleroux was a good shout. Were Rudi Pika, David Pierce or John L. Gardner ever world rated?

    Kallie Knoetze?

Uzcudun challenged Carnera for the title.
O Brien fought for the title against Burns.
Just naming a lot of heavyweights isn't the idea.
How many of the others named merited a title chance?

Did Wilder ever fight Joshua? Are you drunk? Last I checked Joshua was the lineal champion. Wilder never fought him. Or did he fight Wlad? Put the blunt down. Alphabet champs don’t count. There not real champions. Wilder was NEVER the champ. Otherwise my mother in law could be “champ” in today.

Stop talking trash, wilder was a world champion he won the wbc belt the most important, then according to you fury is not the champ neither because he never fought joshua. joshua is the one who needs the wbc title.

Fury relinquished his Lineal status when he retired. An argument could be made he’s still the real champ but most people consider AJ to be the legitimate champ right now. And no Wilder was never “the” man. He was an alphabet champ that never beat anyone of significance.

I’m not arguing that. I agree with you. But he’s arguably NOT the lineal belt holder at the moment although both have a claim. He lost it when he retired. He held no belts when he fought Wilder. And Wilders wasnt a real champion.

Joshua is not the man to beat, Fury is.
