Re-upload by sky sports on youtube, thoughts please.
Eubank said Collins ducked Calzaghe, is that correct? Calzaghe would have beaten Collins, but that doesn`t mean Steve ducked Joe.

This is old as heck. Collins doesn't strike me as the type to duck an opponent.

Collins never ducked anyone. He begged to fight Jones but the latter refused, just as he did with Darius. Instead he fought his cans and juiced for Ruiz. Of course it all unravelled for him when Tarver put him down like an amateur.

I said re-upload, and I said I didn`t think Collins ducked Calzaghe, but his arguement herre is weak.

What a class act Woodhall is, literally no ego. Humble, down to earth, thoughtful & well spoken .. bit overlooked actually too.. guy was an Olympic medalist, probably would have won at least a silver if it wasn't the same year RJJ happened to be an Olympian.. commonwealth gold winner too.. has a good resume too, beat Catley (who was a very good fighter on his day) .. Catley would go onto stop Markus Beyer.. Ritchie also boxed really well in beating Malinga who who was coming off wins over Benn & Reid..
he beat Branco who has wins over Tate, Reid & Glen Johnson.. beat Nardiello who was a former world champion..

He lost to Holmes but went into the fight with injury. Lost to Beyer too, was dropped a couple of times, rallied late but ultimately couldn't pull it off.. & obviously was outclassed by Joe at the end of his career.

Good fighter. Doesn't quite get the respect he deserves.

He never fought again Collins so that exonerates him, if he fought on against someone else then there's the ducking excuse would be valid if they were set to meet. Extremely hard fighter prime for any middle or super ever. Froch v Collins would be meaty, Collins PTS in a war

Woodhall was never at these guys level, I didn`t know he was considered world class at all, he said Jones completely out-clased him in the amateurs.

I think Hagler would have beat Collins easily.

The petronelli's kept Hagler away from Collin's, wouldn't even let them spar being in the same gym, both at same weight, bit weird..Collins pts

Olympic bronze medalist and the only thing that stood in his way from coming home with a least a silver was none other than Roid Jones.

    WBC champ

Even though he might have lost all three rounds, Woodhall actually gave a good account of himself against Roid and the later even said he was a hard puncher

And he beat some pretty good fighters as a pro and gave everyone who beat him a tough nights work even when fighting injured

'An agonising wait followed as Woodhall tried to secure a bout with WBC middleweight titlist Keith Holmes. Woodhall went into the challenge three weeks after having had surgery on his right elbow and on the back of a nine month layoff. Duff later denied knowledge of Woodhall’s surgery; he insisted that he had done everything within his power to deliver the world title shot in a timely manner.

“I was frustrated that it had taken so long,” argued Duff when speaking to the Sports Argus in 1999. “You can't get world title shots just like that, it doesn't happen. And I never knew Richie was injured beforehand. He never told me but I would have got him another world title shot.”

The build-up to the fight was further impacted by Duff’s failure to secure home advantage, Woodhall had to travel to Maryland, and this contributed to his inability to reproduce his domestic form.

“Yeah,” revealed Richie when asked if travelling had hindered him in the Holmes fight. “I was mandatory challenger for the title and Mickey told me that if I didn’t go for it then I’d probably have to wait another fifteen months. I had to go over there. My right elbow was damaged as well, I had had a rushed operation just before the fight, but I still thought I’d beat Holmes.”

He continued: “Fighting away from home opens your eyes. People were knocking on my hotel room door at 4am. They took me for a medical and said they’d lost all my forms, which was nonsense. I was taken on journeys that were meant to be fifteen minutes long but lasted an hour.

“I lost fair and square on the night and there are no excuses but things were bad from the start. Everything is against you. The crowd, the promoter and the local people, they try to make it as uncomfortable as possible. If you win a title abroad then you’re a true champion, no doubt.”

Woodhall’s loss to Keith Holmes threatened to derail his pro career. Plus, that niggling injury to the right elbow had impacted on his ability to throw straight rights, a massive part of Richie’s game; he had to cut his cloth accordingly.'

He was definitely world class and he was humble enough to admit in that video that he felt a bit out of place sitting alongside those guys after all that they'd achieved. He was also honest enough to admit in his post-fight interview that he didn't deserve the decision against Catley which is something very few fighters will publicly admit to.
