    Funny Ireland only produced the one. Mind you he was the best of the bunch! Best the brakes off Benn And eubank, twice each! :)

    His dad was, but his mum was British and he was born in London and lives in Wales so he is considered British not Italian and I believe Froch is better than Collins

    He rightly retired than face the true Daddy of them all though Len. Wise man, he didn't need a 100 punches a round heavy handed southpaw with a good engine an a chin to rival his own at that stage of his career

    Fair point, thus I suppose you think of Steve Collins as American, it is where he learned his trade and was the main reason he was so good.


    Which begs the question who is this Irish World Champ you talk of who beat Benn and Eubank?
