Tyson`s style was designed to beat taller guys, at 6'7 he would have been ruined, AJ is not as skilled as Mike was at countering the jab, a 6'3 Manny would be better than AJ.

I see what you're saying but has a "fully fit" Andy ever existed?

Why do people act like the only reason he lost to AJ was because he was out of shape? He was only 15 lbs heavier in the rematch. Ruiz would lose to AJ every time because AJ who boxes to a specific game plan and uses his jab and superior reach while on the back foot will always win. He lost the first time due to poor judgement and tactics. You’ve got a stick up your arse when it comes of anything AJ related.

Ruiz will always have slow feet and a massively inferior reach pal. He’ll lose every time to AJ who boxes and moves and uses the jab. Go watch any of Ruiz past fights. He has slow feet. Can’t close the distance quickly.

He’s still a top 2 heavyweight though and has proven himself to be a very competent boxer.

If anything Wilder hasn’t proven he can beat Joshua. He’s beat nobody except an old overrated Ortiz who is glorified simply because he gave Wilder hell. Joshua would more than likely TKO Wilder I reckon. It’s not a toss up against Whyte either Joshua is a respectable favourite in that fight. Wilder Whyte is probably the only 50/50 fight that’s been mentioned with AJ and Fury both being a level or two above the rest of the division.

It's very obvious what he means. A fully fit Andy Ruiz is a complete fantasy.

He'd have to do what AJ did and reinvent himself. If he can get inside to unload, yes.

But Aj will use the Klitschko blueprint again and tattoo him at range.

So Ruiz needs to lose a ton of weight and work on his footwork.

    Conclusion: AJ wins again.

There's a point to most morbidly obese get to when they go over a certain weight limit for the first time, and it gets easier to balloon back up there. Ruiz would have to work harder than before. He worked hard a few years ago to make it to 255 to fight Parker, he trained hard a few years later just to make it to 265lbs. He's really got his work cut out, because it's obvious his metabolism appears to have completely stopped. I hope he don't gobble up anymore trainers that would be too cruel.
