I voted for Pac until I saw it was current Pac vs. Loma. Single shots Loma is faster, I think in multiples, Pac is still a bit quicker even now.
Honestly, Pac's lead left counter is still really REALLY fast, and it will probably hit the face of an opponent faster than any power shot that Loma can throw. Pac also throws the quicker combination. I'd think if you remove that beautiful timing that Pac has over his lead left counter, single-shot wise, Loma will be faster, albeit by a very small margin. And this is also why Loma and team is terrified at Pac. Good for them though since Pac is chasing GGG already. F*cking balls of steal, Pac has.
I still think pac is faster of handspeed he's more explosive. Loma however has the faster feet at this point.
