"he wouldn't have been able to fight anyway"?

This is total spin on your part. The knee injury was in no way serious you flipping drama queen lmao. He used the time off to remove a cyst from his knee, he was fully capable of fighting GGG on schedule before that.

    1. All the top guys are on some form of PEDs and getting away with right now.
    2. If you get caught, you are sloppy or have some low IQ dossers in your team
    3. If you get continuously caught because of those low IQ dossers then you should face a lifetime ban, because it is embarrassing for the sport. Miller is a great example of number 3.

Why there is no answer "allowed for all so it will be fair for all" ?

Every fighter should be wary of what he puts into his body

None of the options. They should be totally free to fight, we already know the alphabet boys won't do ****, the bans are pointless with the way boxing is governed.

Instead the promoters should sign up to a code of conduct, where they agree not to use anyone who has tasted positive. It should be their responsibility, they are the ones paying them, they are the ones wanting cash from fans, sponsors and TV. If the promoters don't use them then the cheats will soon **** off as the risk won't be worth it.

Any promoter found violating this will essentially be frozen out too, and will have their promoters license stripped for 5 years, and any promoter working with them on the shows that have drug cheats will have theirs removed to.

Very much a "You are responsible for the fighters on your shows, after they tested positive you choose to use them, ergo are not responsible enough to promote boxing, **** you!"

Just allow them completely, stop testing.
Ped are the foundation of any pro sport.

The only answer to this is an international Commission. The state commissions in my book openly condone the Peds abuse . It should be ... Anyone testing positive for a banned substance, the International Commission overseeing the testing. All testing done by one unit VADA . The ban should be for 5 years min that should deter all ped's bashers. Repeat dirty positive tests mean an automatic life ban. No arguing an automatic life ban.
Of course this is just a pipe dream. Too much $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ involved that the so called cash cows bring in,hence the corruption that is taking place. They'd be no more
"Mr ???? did nothing wrong" when the boxer has broken at least 3 of the Commissions own rules or Mr ????? accidently ate some tainted beef . They'll never let that happen. The fans only option is to avoid the corruption & not buy the garbage. BUT as we see people are STILL going to buy the garbage & then whine & moan afterwards LOL Personally I have not bought any PPV's or DAZN in over 10 years. I see the fights on Youtube & laugh at the fools that parted with $100 or so like lemmings to get scammed

Agreed CJ but I don't think a career for one, possibly innocent or ignorant mistake, is not a fair deal.

dude everybody is already on gear, even in the 60s. It simply is a waist of time to test people.
