So you agree that he had elective surgery for an old injury and Floyd was never proven to have used PEDs?

Minority or not, there's a good case to be made.
    Their records prove that.

Neither of those influence it at all tbh. If Manny went in to the fight injured that's on him. If ever it gets proven Floyd is a PED cheat like everyone else, that's on him and them.

What influences ranking is it was a past prime version of Manny, although it was also a past prime version of Floyd as well.

If you can comprehend what you’re watching, you can see that he was hampered in the fight.

Surgeons don’t operate unless it’s completely warranted.

His surgeon was quoted after he’d repaired the damage.

Never proven to have taken PEDS?

    Not officially.

Like that means anything with the evidence we have.

He had an IV which was illegal.

The magnitude of it was also illegal.

    The NSAC were not notified.

    USADA are corrupt and incompetent.

    USADA don’t test B samples.

    USADA don’t notify commissions.

    USADA don’t do comprehensive reports.

USADA have an in-house judicial system.

USADA will put any clause which their employee requests into a contract, no questions asked.

Shall we hire Columbo to help you piece it altogether?

    Floyd’s excuse was BS.

    1. He couldn’t have been severely dehydrated.

    2. Even if he had have been, he’d have just taken oral fluids.

    3. An IV of that magnitude is classed as a medical emergency, which requires admittance to a hospital.

    Hello!

He had an IV in secret, on his home sofa without telling anybody.

The commission who hosted the richest fight in the history of the sport had no idea until 3 weeks after the fight.

    How is that even possible?

    How are your comprehension skills?

Yes, Floyd was guilty of taking PEDS.

It just wasn’t made official, as USADA and the NSAC covered themselves, in order to stop a fall out of disastrous consequences.

I’ll leave you with 2 great and appropriate quotes from the great Bob Dylan:

“You don’t need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows”

    “Money doesn’t talk, it swears!”

    How can they not?

If Manny hadn’t have been injured, it would obviously have been a better win.

If Floyd hadn’t have had PEDS it would have been a better win.

The circumstances have to have a bearing on the value of the win.

    TLDR.

But I did read the pulled out of your ass statement about surgeons. Rotator cuff surgeries are generally elective for patial tears like Pacquiao’s, but he beat Bradley with the same injury and was allowed to use PEDs so no issue.

    I've just said how now.

If Manny went into the fight injured, that's on him.

If Floyd and everyone else gets caught doping, that's on him and them.

    Right.

The circumstances don’t add value or devalue a win?

No, I just get entertainment from seeing how much blather I can make you post by typing out one or two sentences.
