On one hand I agree, on the other how can you ever really be ready for Lomachenko?

The difference in ring IQ is too much to overcome for Lopez

He will start fast but will fade and his temprement will see him walking into big shots and making alot of mistakes.

His resume is stellar for its length. What people say is that he's going to have a hard time competing with the ATG's on the length of his resume.

It will probably be in the Top Rank bubble...much respect to both guys who are willing to get it on without the promise of big bucks.
    May be PPV, though.

Too much, too soon. Although in 5 years, it'll still be too much, too soon. Teo is not and will never be on Loma's level.

Great fight! This will give us a good idea on how much Loma has left and if the lay off will have any affect. But Loma’s skills and movements might be a bit too great even for Lopez, who has a punchers chance.
It’ll be the same story again with Loma if he beats Lopez. People will just say that Lopez wasn’t that great and then they’ll move to Davis, Haney, or even Garcia as the big threat for Loma.

Lopez is a live dog. He's the biggest puncher in the world right now and he's naturally a welterweight. Loma on the other hand belongs at 130.

Lopez's problem is that he loves fighting off the back foot and looks for the huge counter. He's nothing special coming forward, but that's obviously what he should be doing if he wants to impose his size.

Lomachenko will be all too happy to be allowed to come forward all night and sharpshoot this guy and dazzle on angles. Lopez will swinging at air, getting touched to the body and eating clean shots to the face...no bueno for a guy coming off a huge weight cut.

Think we're looking at another "No mas" around 10th round.

Great fight. I just hope fans can be there and the atmosphere isn't total dross/ruins the occasion. Loma UD.

Theres so many good, easy to. make fights for Loma at TR if he keeps winning.

In the next couple of years he could easily fight Berchelt-Valdez winner, Frampton-Herring winner, Stevenson.

Could get that ATG resume yet
