Anybody have any actual clue? Not talking about what you've heard from Chinese whispers or what you've read on Wiki or from some article that says some variation of everything you can read anywhere else. I've heard 37-0, 37-1, 46-0, etc. Just as many sources say he lost one fight as those that say he went undefeated. It's clearly mostly myth (as with pretty much every amateur record) meant to elevate his mythical undefeated status even further.

Just wondering if anyone's done any legitimate research into it.

I've seen a couple of sources say he was undefeated. Not sure if they are just citing each other.
