For Loma? (Should he win that is..) than any win Crawford has? Has Crawford faced a prime rival champion with the hype (in terms of what is predicted for him) athleticism & power of Teofimo Lopez?
The last big name and most anticipated opponent Crawford ever faced that I can think of is probably Gamboa. At that time, people still regarded Gamboa highly. There are other good names too like Indongo and Postol, but people didn't think they had good chance to win against Bud Crawford. Of course, Teofimo reputation is quite high nowadays due to the good work of promoter and the fact that he had impressive records in climbing his way to world championship. And due to difference of size and power, this fight has more 50:50 chance. I don't know if fighting him would be the pinnacle fight of Loma's career in 135. But if he beat Lopez, it'd be a real boost to his reputation.
Lopez riding the high of his KO over Commey, but really has nothing else so no. It will be a decent scalp like Gamboa was.
Crawford has no win remotely as impressive as Teofimo Lopez. I think Luke Campbell and Linares, both much larger than Loma, are better wins than Postol. Gamboa wasn't as good a win as Walters. Khan wasn't as good a win as Rigo. The Lithuanian was less dynamic than Pedraza. Hell, Jeff Horn ain't as good as Crolla! * And somehow i forgot Gary Russell Jr. which is a win that eclipses any fight on Crawford resume
Loma has multiple wins more impressive than anything on Crawford's resume, but yes a win over Teo would add to that list.
HOW?!?! Teo has no real resume to go by yet. FFS... let the kid get some wins before doing this stuff.
Who is 22yo and has ONE big-ish win to date. If Loma wins, that's who he beat. A kid w/ one good win so far.
