Who's to say that Braddock couldn't do the same?

We're not on about the best version of Foreman, we mean the 90s version.

Braddock knocked down Louis and boxed fairly well until the stoppage. It's not an easy fight for Louis, not easier than for Holyfield and again - Louis was better than Evander.

I wouldn't necessarily say that version of Louis was better than the Holyfield that beat Foreman.

Fairly well? Right, it was an easy fight for Louis if you watch the film and aren’t riding the party sausage of Braddock the knock down didn’t have any lasting effect it wasn’t like he was on spaghettis legs clinging for life he got back up and turned Cinderella into mince meat.

Maybe. But Moorers chin wasn’t that bad. He was stopped by George Foreman, David Tua and Evander Holyfield. How many guys like that did Braddock fight ?

The point people make about Braddock is he only has one quality win to his name, a point I agree with.

Come back Foreman is the same.

It just so happens for both men, their only quality win was against the number 1 HW in the world.

Then we disagree, which is fair. I'm quite high on Evander, but Louis is on another class to me.

Then if you watch Holyfield vs Foreman fairly, then you see Evander winning 90% of the fight. One tough moment doesn't change that.

Max Baer was better than Tua. It's more than just who you lasted the distance against. Braddock could take punch reasonably well, it's visible on footage. Moorer struggled tremendously after being hit.

I don't even value Braddock as anyone special, but he's definitely more durable than Moorer.
