There's a reason PBF waited until Pacman slowed down and got old. Floyd could handle a slower Pac, a full speed Pac is a nightmare for him.

The NSAC HAD to say that. Can you imagine the lawsuits that would have occurred if they didn't allow the TUE three weeks later? All the betting that was done would then be subject to refund. We're talking about millions of dollars. And what about purses? Do fighters get to keep the whole purse when busted for cheating? It would be a bureaucratic, logistical, legal, and financial cluster****.

NSAC had their hand tied at that point. Allow the three week late TUE or open up a case of HUGE nasty worms.

Floyd fought the most cautious fight of his life initiating over 20+ clinches and at one point diving at Pac's legs just for coming in close w/ no punches thrown. Floyd also landed his career LOWEST punch connection on Pac. Gee, I wonder why.

@Pimp C (you was asking for proof another time)

    Thanks @Serge !

Multiple vacations, defensive and safety first style Vs. multiple wars plus savage KO loss...

50 fights with 396 rounds boxed Vs. 71 fights with 486 rounds boxed...

Plus Pac had way more training camps and was the much smaller man for most of the last decade.

Pacquiao was ANCIENT in ring years and was the much older, much more worn fighter than Floyd.

Do you know anything about boxing, Gordita?

Can you explain with your infinite knowledge why Fernando Vargas and Erik Morales were done before 30, while their peers weren't?? Do you have a clue what ring wars do to a person? Or is everyone the same age the same in your feeble mind, you weak-ass Freddy-Wak wannabe

And they praise Canelo for beating a prime GGG and Kov who are at age 37 respectively. The hypocrisy!

Shows what you know !! ROFL NSAC's OWN RULES state To receive saline treatment for suspected dehydration you must First..
Get a TUE first giving you permission
The treatment MUST be done in a medical facility
The treatment only be given in the recommended dosage Floyd's 750 ml was many times the limit permitted.
There are THREE blatant rule breakages there of the Commissions very own rules ROFLMAO
Yet the NSAC stated " Mr Mayweather did nothing wrong " Stinks like a fish market in midsummer doesnt it ?????????

Wlad clinches way more than Mayweather and also puts his weight down on his opponent to tire them out. Don't see you crying about him. It's illegal and annoying, but tons of boxers get away with that or worse.

If Floyd gets on his backfoot you'll complain that he's running. What you guys really want to see is them go toe to toe so Floyd gets knocked the f out. A straight up proper toe to toe match is one where both fighters stand right in front of each other in a phone booth. Not Pac's in and out style.

Guess what, Pac would lose to Floyd in a phone booth match unless he lands a big shot, because Pac is not very good at standing right in front of his opponent and fighting on the inside, where as Floyd is.
