Remember, Floyd was EXPECTED to wipe out Maidana and Cotto. Both ended up being close fights w/ many giving Maidana the edge in their first encounter. A prime, much more ferocious, 2 armed Pac would have beaten Floyd.

 

Just because another boxer received favourable treatment, it doesn't make it right that Mayweather received favourable treatment.

By the ludicrous failed attempt by the NSAC's " Mr Mayweather did nothing wrong" BS plus the retroactive TUE the NSAC only further proved his guilt & their complicity in it. The disturbing thing is that he actually told USADA that he intended to use the IV and they still didn't take any action. Instead, USADA gave him an exemption 2 weeks after the fight. Pacquiao's camp and the NSAC were not told about the IV until 2 weeks after the fight either.

USADA or the NSAC should have taken action really.

 

Floyd paid USADA 150k for the testing program which was 10 times more than normal. Of course they would let him cheat.. But look what USADA did when manny tried to get a legal toradol shot, they denied him and said he didnt have the right paperwork. meanwhile they literally watched Floyd cheat with an illegal iv with no paperwork, then 3 weeks later after the fight here comes the TUE. What a mockery.

Floyd with PED could not beat a one-armed Pac how much more a prime healthy Pac. Floyd ducked Pac in his prime by having demands after demands to make the fight not happening.

 

It was the NSAC that denied Pac a toradol shot. Not because it was illegal but because the request wasn't made in a timely manner.

 

That fight was 5 years ago, Pacquiao just beat a young prime elite champion months ago he still had it, stop making excuses...
