That makes no sense. Nobody would be saying Floyd waited for Pac to age if they'd already fought 3 times.
Anyways, the smart money would be on Floyd. Especially if you're matching them at 130 when Floyd was truly at his overall best.
This has been done to death. It’s okay saying this, but he agreed to everything in 2012, yet the fight still took 3 years to make. So looking at things logically, it can’t have been the testing alone that prevented the fight from happening earlier.
Get real. Why didn’t he run up on him 2-3 years earlier, when Manny had publicly agreed to EVERYTHING?
they fought in 2015 3 years earlier in 2012 Manny’s camp made excuses about a cut and a stadium and not being able to fight because of jail. Look y’all stop tagging me because y’all Manny fans are going to make excuses to ignore reality.
WADA is the organisation that is credible. USADA have proven to be incompetent and corrupt. If you can’t see that it was Floyd who waited for Manny to slow down and show weakness, then you’re deluded.
No control over anything? Go and look at the clause that Floyd added to the contract. Take into account that he was caught with an illegal IV, which USADA didn’t report until 3 weeks AFTER the fight. How on earth can you accuse Manny of ducking out earlier, and then turn a blind eye to what happened with Floyd? Unbelievable.
First off — that "run in" in Miami was a PUBLICITY STUNT. The fight was already made, like Pac had been telling media. Floyd wanted to control testing (cycling) and insisted on being the one to announce the fight, which Pac also told the media. Floyd fans claiming that Floyd ran up on Pac and made the fight happen is almost as laughable as his illegal IV fluids. Pac had been chasing Floyd since 2010. Les Moonves, the head of CBS/Showtime forced the fight.
Of course Floyd aged too. But he clearly minimised the risk. His father and his Uncle had him spooked with stories of A-side meth etc.
Pac was going up in weight for big money fights in the glamour division. Then JMM picked up Memo and became Roidquez.
Possibly. Personally, I’d have favoured Floyd prime for prime. But it’s as clear as day that Floyd wouldn’t fight him earlier because his family had him spooked.
Correct. But the NSAC had no idea about Floyd’s TUE until 3 weeks after the fight. Ha! How was that even possible in the biggest fight in the sport’s history?
