Vitali had over 300 combat matches if you combine kickboxing ( Pro and amateur ) and boxing ( Pro and Amateur ). Kickboxing screws up lots of things. If he stuck to boxing alone, who knows how much better he would be.

Vitali is likely 5-0 to 4-1 vs Ruiz and 2-0 vs Moorer. Holyfield was 1-1-1 vs Ruiz, and 1-1 vs Moorer. THis shows his level, even on juice.

 

I just rewatched Lewis-Holyfield 2. Holyfield couldn't get past Lennox's jab and only won rounds when Lennox was tired. I don't see him getting past Vitali's jab
