If he was #22 at 38/37 , he must have been even lower when he as younger... You got overexcited and didn't realise you shot yourself in the foot by posting that link. And for a second time.. Those are not P4P rankings.
You must be mentally ******ed if you really think Vitali's record is better than Holyfield's. You like to debate about Holyfield's record but you have backed out several times when talking about Vitali's record. Vitali's two best wins are a washed up Sam Peter, old/fat Sanders, a never has been Herbie Hide In his prime he lost to old/fat Lewis and quit against Byrd. Who in the world has Vitali BEATEN? You tell me that. He will never be an Top 10 ATG Heavyweight based on his resume You would have been well advised to argue head to head instead of record. But you blew it and have been totally discredited in numerous debates. Your arguments are pathetic concerning records. Vitalis has no ATG record.
I think Vitali beats Holyfield head to head. I think Holyfield lost a lot more, look suspect less often, and it soo small, despite what PED's he's on to expect to win. . Have you not see the numerous examples I have given? Stop with Sam Peter, he beat Toney who embarrassed and Ko'd Holyfield. End of. There are many way to be an ATG. You can win a higher percentage of your matches. Vitali > Holyfield. You can be a great longevity fighter. Vitali > Holyfield You can make many title defenses. Vitali > Holyfield. You can be very dominant in the ring. Vitali > Holyfield . You can never be floored by a punch. Vitali > Holyfield. You can have one of the highest KO% in division history. Vitali > Holyfield. You can never ever be behind on points. Vitali > Holyfield I get it, Vitali isn't 1-4 vs Bowe and Lewis. Would that make is resume better? HAHA, answer that one for me. Vitali is not 1-1-1 vs Ruiz, LOL, or 1-1 vs Moorer, not did he get stopped by a 5'10" blown up middle weight. That is your boy. A resume ranking is many factors wins and losses and I just showed you many ares where Vitali > Holyfield. No one beat Vitali without an injury or cut. He never lost on point or a conventional stoppage. That's who he is. He proven better than Lewis or Byrd beating both with an injury during the action, neither of whom would give him a re-match. Lewis ran from it. He was a first ballot hall of fame fighter, and leading vote receiver in his year and you're thinking he isn't an ATG? Really? HAHAHAHA. Give it time, rankings tend to increase over the years, and Holyfield''s accomplishment won't rise anymore, he lost too often. Unless your expecting a shoulder injury or really bad cut in this fantasy fight, Holyfield is the underdog.
Sanders or Peter would probably beat Ruiz or Moorer. Moorer was life and death with Bert Cooper, who by the way hurt and floored Holyfield. Yet Holyfield was 2-2-1 vs Ruiz and Moorer. When Holyfield fought legit super heavyweights, he got it handed to him, winning just 1 out of 5. His fans are in denial. And he's a big time PED cheat.
Again who did he beat? A washed up Peter, an old fat Sanders and Herbie never has been hide.He is not a great fighter by any stretch of imagination. As for Peter, most thought middlweight Toney outboxed him and little known Chambers did the same thing.Sanders got the one fluke win over Wlad.He beat nobody else of note.He even lost to his other top opponent in Rahman by KO.Herbie Hide, just terrible I am not even going to address him. And he has losses too on his resume, VITALI.No great wins but losses do not forget that
I think a case can be made to favor either fighter H2H. But citing fights when a fighter was clearly past his prime is a silly way to come to that conclusion in my opinion. And it’s exhausting reading the same posts over and over continuing to cite fights when a fighter was way past his best days. And comparing the ages of the two fighters is another flawed exercise because fighters enter and exit their primes at much different ages depending on the fighter and the fights they’ve had, some fighters have longevity and others are great for a short time and then they are done.
Well I'm a big Sanders fan so I'd agree there. Peter was cruder but still hit like a truck. Honestly, as jacked as Holyfield became (legit or not, besides the point) he just lacked the size to really compete with the Lewises, the Bowes and the Vitalis of his division. When Vitali hugs Holyfield in the video I posted, you really become aware of how small Holyfield is. If somebody claimed Holy was greater P4P I wouldn't object. But H2H it seems pretty obvious who would win.
Many posters have broken the fight down from a technical perspective. You have just spammed the thread with meaningless statistics ad nauseam. The most important stat is Holyfield having a top 3 P4P level resume.. Bringing that to your attention really rattled your cage. You didn't like it , not one bit. Vitali never rated on a P4P list because he never beat any elite levellers and lost to the two best guys he fought. His loss rate against top raters is 100%. . The way Holyfield beat Bowe in the rematch is more than enough of an indicator of how he would beat Vitali. . Bowe was more complete and more skilful than Vitali. Both he and Steward would be too tacticial for Vitali and Frtiz Sudnek. This early 90's Holyfield is the only version that needs to be discussed. Who Holyfield lost to in his 40's doesn't change who he was in 1993. The fact 90% of your argument every time is predicated on past prime versions of Holyfield proves your nothing but an agenda pusher.
Rest assured, you never posted your scorecard on the Lewis-Holyfield 2 thread. You sir are a fraud Also a Holyfield fanboy
LOL could it be that you are overreacting just a little bit?I said this yesterday. You think I have nothing else going on in life than your damned thread? I will post in due time. It is a thread which by the way has already been done many times before you registered on this board.
Fraud might be too harsh. Doesn't know what he's talking about ( He thinks Holyfield beat Lewis in the 2nd fight! ) or too much of a fan boy with tunnel vision to admit points I think is the case. I was going to ask him if ht thinks Vitali would be 1--1-1 vs Ruiz or 1-1 Vs Moorer. Do you think he can answer?
Holyfield was a top 3 P4P level fighter.. Vitali never came close to a top 20 P4P list. - Dino 7-2020 Well Dino this isn't correct. Let's take a look. Ring Magazine annual ratings, 2010. Punished date 12-26-10 https://boxrec.com/media/index.php/The_Ring_Magazine's_Annual_Ratings:_2010 Ring Magazine's top 100 fighters, done in a pound for pound sense ( which is worth the price of the magazine ) https://www.ringtv.com/124969-ring-100-ranking-the-best-fighters-in-the-world/ Notice how the top 10 match up perfectly? Please take note Vitali is 12th on the p4p at age 39! Far inside the top 20 p4p list, which you claimed he wasn't close to. At this point I want to see what type of man you are. Can you admit a mistake, or should be debate this further? I gave additional content to post, as you claimed he couldn't out jab Lewis, when in fact he out jabbed not only Lewis, but all 47 if his opponents.
