Due dont waste ur time, paq could be in slammimg pakkumans wife, and all he would do is stand there and compliment pac in what a sterling job he is doing.
Pacquiao wanted it at 138lb. If Loma thinks he could beat him he’d have taken the fight. 138lb vs a legend in a career high pay day
Probably true. He probably is one of those who believes that Pac is basically undefeated and actually a 10 division champ.
No, but your dad watched in horror/fascination when I turned your mom's starfish inside out after a brutal prolapsing.
He doesn't want to fight the best yet in his 2nd professional fight he challenged a champion and cheater who showed up one weight division above him and had all the advantages(venue, referee, judges) on his side. Makes sense...
Lomachenko's tailor made for Pac. He comes forward all night long and is very active and doesn't carry the pop to make the old senator respect him. Linares, Campbell, and Pedraza were catching him with flush shots. Pacquiao becomes One Time and gets rid of the Ukrainian with the first or second flush shot that lands. One of Pacquiao's easiest fights. Pacquiao walked Thurman down. He'll bulldoze Lomachenko. Tell me how Lomachenko has a chance.
Nope, not at all. I remember Loma saying he wasn´t interested and that was that. Boxers change their mind all the time. Hell, Manny at one time entertained the idea of fighting Sergio Martinez. Should we be mad that he "ducked" Sexy Sergio? And no, just because I talked about Loma doesn´t make me some hardcore fan boy like you are of Pacquiao. Loma is exceptional when it comes to feints, which would give Manny heaps of problems as he is now more of a couner puncher who waits and likes to draw out opportunities. Second, Loma is smart as hell. He won´t just blindly walk into the opponent. He probes and he learns. Everything is set up. He doesn´t just blindly pressure his opponents. And Pacquiao didn´t just walk Thurman down. He outsmarted him. And Pacquiao becomes One Time? You mean Thurman, who hasn´t really KOd anyone at all since god knows when? Thurman who gets hurt by almost everyone? Poor, poor choice of words there. Loma and Manny would have made for an exceptional boxing match, even with Manny´s weight advantage. Loma is younger and for once he wouldn´t have to give up height and reach. He would be able to use his footwork much more efficiently. Just funny to think that you are giving Loma absolutely 0 chance. The guy is clearly an exceptional boxer. Just look at Mannys record. How often did he ever, at any weight class, destroy someone inside 6 rounds? You always yap about Manny being oh so small, yet when he fought guys his own size, he still beat them down for a late stoppage. Just go watch some of Lomachenko´s fights again and give the man some credit. Your hero is an ATG, but he is still 40 years old and human.
No, again, 145 is his UNOFFICIAL fight night weight. Meaning you can wear clothes and whatever else you want. Lampley on one of the telecasts mentions Pac was wearing clothes for the "unofficial" weigh in, hence why it's unofficial. Moreover, use logic man. Why would Pac weigh 142 for official weigh-in for a fight limit of 147 only to weigh in 148 on fight night? Explain that to me? Apply some logic, run me through the process. Dehydration is for people who need to dehydrate into the weight limit, so it would have made sense for Pac to weigh 147, or 146 if he missed the mark. Why else would he dehydrate a further 5lbs from the maximum limit, only to rehydrate to 148 on fight night? If he was weighing 145 on fight night at 130, and 148 at 147lb on fight night, yet he weighed 142 for official weight, that tells you he was lighter than 142 before he moved up to 147 on fight night. In fact, he only weighed 138lbs for the Hatton fight official weight. Official weight is the ACTUAL fign night weight when you can't even make the maximum weight limit. It's similar to HW's. Klitschko weighing at 250lbs officially is the same he will weigh for fight night, because he doesn't need to dehydrate. Just as pac didn't need to dehydrate at 140 or 147, evident by the fact that he beat 147 mark by 5lbs!
The hell you talking about? Sure, maybe Manny did unofficially weigh in with his clothes on. But that night De La Hoya himself didn´t. Unless his clothes weighed 0lbs. Meaning we don´t know when someone weighs in with clothes or not. Pacquiao also was unofficially: 147lbs vs Diaz. 144lbs vs Morales in trilogy. 149 vs Algieri 151 vs Bradley 150 vs Rios Why are you fighting the idea that Manny enters the ring at just under 150 lbs? Or is there a problem with Manny weighing slightly more now than he did over a decade ago? Yes, it´s unofficial weight, but it has been consistent for a long time.
He should have taken the fight win lose or draw it would have raised his profile and he would have gotten a big payday. Big mistake not taking that fight by loma and his team.
Lomachenko said that he needed a year when the fight was first discussed. Then he said that it would have to be at a catchweight. Then he said it would have to be at 135. Then he said no to the fight because he didn't want to beat up an old man. The fight was formally presented to him and he ducked. Pacquiao is also exceptional when it comes to feints and he's exceptional at picking off/countering/parrying jabs. I never said Lomachenko blindly pressures his opponents, but pressuring his opponents is his bread and butter and feeds right into Pacquiao's strengths. I don't see Lomachenko going on the run or spoiling. If he did, Pacquiao would hunt him down and destroy him that way. Pacquiao becomes the real OneTime (which Thurman has never been) for this match and smokes Lomachenko. That needed explaining? And Pacquiao would be fighting someone that is smaller than him who has also shown vulnerabilities to good, but not great opponents. I give Lomachenko no chance because Pacquiao has a demonstrated track record of hurting/dropping much bigger and sturdier men. And far lesser punchers in Pedraza, Linares, and Campbell have nailed Lomachenko flush. I don't see Lomachenko surviving more than a handful of flush shots from Pacquiao. I'm not sure that Lomachenko can outbox Pacquiao. You're seriously underrating Pacquiao here. Pacquiao was an excellent boxer before he got knocked out and is now a master boxer who can be patient and make all of his shots count. Can Lomachenko pitch shut outs against Rios, Algieri, Mosley, Clottey, Margarito, Broner, and Vargas? I don't think so. Pacquiao is a tiny welterweight. Every opponent aside from Bradley and Marquez have cited their size advantage over him. Floyd said that Pacquiao was surprised at his size at their face/off. Floyd's bodyguards picked Floyd by KO after seeing Pacquiao in person and saying they didn't realize how small he was. Mikey, Thurman, Rios, and Beltran all said Pacquiao was really a lightweight.
If Pac is so tiny, then how exactly will he be too big for Loma? In your head, Pac seems to be just way ahead of Loma in terms of skill. But that´s who you are. An obsessive fanboy. So agree to disagree on the subject and move on.
I never said Pacquiao is too big for Lomachenko. I said that Pacquiao will be fighting a smaller guy. I said the OPPOSITE, in fact. Are you dumb? Lomachenko's skills haven't been demonstrated or proven against elites or certified ATGs. Pacquiao has. He had a chance to do this against one, but he ducked the opportunity. I'm chill. You're the one that's upset that I give Lomachenko no chance.
