Just go for it man, worst case scenario you learn some new names when you see the final results.

I can make only my HW list and probably P4P a little bit later:
    HW:
    1. Ali
    2. Louis
    3. Holmes
    4. Foreman
    5. Marciano
    6. Lewis
    7. Wlad
    8. Holyfield
    9. Frazier
    10. Liston
    11. Tyson
    12. Johnson
    13. Schmeling
    14. Patterson
    15. Bowe

First 3 I think it's obious, no explanation needed

Foreman prbably didn't have the long domination and quantity of title defenses like Lennox or Wlad and his resume wa clearly inferior to Holyfield's one, but the most impressive thing about his career is that he actually had 2(!!!) great careers in 1, winning his second lineal title 21 years after he won the first one.

Marciano over Lewis and Wlad... Well, I think both would dominate him (if focused) in reality and both have longevity over Rocky. But Rocky had incredible achievement being the only heavyweight hampion of the world to retire unbeaten. Lewis' and Wlad's upset losses put them lower than Rocky in my list. Plus Marciano has beaten some great, great fighters. Charles and Moore are widely considred among top 10 fighters P4P, Louis as well but he was shot when he fought Rocky...

Holyfield at 8 - I would definitely put him over Lennox and Wlad in the P4P rankings and he has the second best resume at HW after Muhammad Ali, in my opinion. But he didn't dominate at HW... His resume is so good though that I won't argue if people put him in their top 5

Frazier... Again, I can see him being higher in this list. He has probably the greatest win in the HW history and he lost only to ATG heavyweights...

Schmeling at 13 might be non-popular pick, but I think Maz had excepcional career and one of the greatest wins in the history of the division.

Bowe at 15. Riddick certainly lacked depth and longevity. But H2H he was one of the best heavyweights ever, no doubts in my mind.

Thanks for the reminder, I will get on to it.

Rumsfeld, you are amazing and/or mad! Just the thought of trying to sort this out gives me a headache.

Good luck and thanks in advance for the results; it will be really interesting to compare and contrast our thoughts with nearly a decade ago now.

Just to clarify in case there was any misunderstanding, 9 lists are required to be counted.

If its deep enough to criticse a list, it's deep enough to compile a list.
