Why wouldn't Lomachenko school Floyd?

This. Maybe at 130 he could beat him. Because Floyd was a rail at that weight class. But anything higher than 135 Floyd is just too big and too strong. Loma is already kind of weak for a top level fighter. He is a very skilled fighter, but isn't very strong or powerful. Mayweather is too strong.

Rigodeaux looked extremely small, stiff, slow and gun shy. Rigo's fights has always criticized because they lacked action because of his slow calculating pace. Lomachenko exploited that. Mayweather would have toyed with him too.

Floyd has all the physical advantages, and is equal in skill.

A great big man beats a great little man.

You know I genuinely thought Maidana and Castillo were taller than their listed height, until I just boxrecd it.

Crazy to think Lomachenko, Maidana, and Castillo are the same height. Castillo looks a good couple inches taller than Mayweather.

You think Mayweather has more of a chance of beating Hearns than JCC?
I think Floyd has a good chance against any of the guys you mentioned, but I think he has no hope against a guy like Hearns.

130 was easily Floyd's best weight.

Nah, not in his wildest dreams. I never even consider welterweights as opponents. More time he's just too small.

okay, I haven't read through the comments in this thread, but correct me if i'm wrong - Floyd has a 7 inch reach advantage.

130/135 Floyd is VERY dangerous for Loma. For one, Floyd would be naturally a bit larger, he's likely stronger, and has that reach. We know his hand speed is there, as well as his high IQ. If I had a gun to my head, I'd say Floyd by terrible boring safety-first decision.

Floyd’s boxing sons Tank and Haney and his Latino nephew Lopez will take care of Loma whose time is rapidly coming.

His IQ is 156. It's been tested. Has Floyd proven to have a higher IQ?
