    The fight was set between the 2 ... prepared for months and then cancelled in the11 th hour ,,,, city politics ... so tragic it didnt go off

    The P4P list isn't finalised yet.

    I did put Hearns back in but the more I think about it the less I agree he did more at WW than those I've listed above him.

    He's number 3 on my H2H list at WW.

    Featherweight is far more stacked than I ever remembered it being.

    I really thought I could fit the quadrant of Morales, Barrera, Pacquiao and Marquez in but there is no room in a top 15 for them imo.

    I managed to sneak Morales in there, all 4 are really close to each other though. Not much splitting them.

    I'd have loved to put all 4 in, but I couldn't do it without being biased in favour of them.

    But there's a bias towards your general appreciation of boxing and a bias towards a specific boxer.

    For example I might have a bias towards number of years as the number 1 in the division for ranking weighting, but not a bias towards the Mexican trio.

    I rate your ranking of Pacquiao, although I’ve not got him as high myself. If he ended up taking Crawford or Spences 0 I think he has a legitimate case for top 10
