Loads of average guys would go through Vitali's winning record undefeated. Even Deontay Wilder would.

Vitali's claim to greatness are based on wins that are on par with-
    Cooney vs Young
    Stiverne vs Arroela
    Wilder vs Stiverne
    Browne vs Chageav
    Mike Tyson vs Botha
    Whyte vs Helenius

To which I am entitled and which makes more sense than the stark exaggerations you pile on, in your case for Vitali.

Yes - your bigging up of Vitali's wins over Shannon Briggs and Sam Peter made me chuckle out loud, too.

    ^ yet more opinion.

And yet if it was Vitali who had beaten Biggs, Tillis and Bruno, you'd be calling them a bunch of bums.

Yes, because forum's are where opinions are shared. Or, in the case of Vitali Klitschko fanatics, sweeping statements are made with little to no rationale in support, as this and your last response (and likely your next response will) demonstrate.

If only VK had fought and beaten people on their level

Though, as is typical with your cherry-picked arguments for Vitali, you forget to mention other of Tyson's opponents, such as Berbick, Thomas, Tucker, Holmes, Spinks and Ruddock, all of whom likely hold a place somewhere in Top-100 of all time Heavyweights.

Where do Peter and Briggs sit in that list, do you think?

It's OK. You're entitled to an opinion. It is a Boxing Forum, after all. ;)

A video on YouTube counted 180 illegal clinches , bear hugs and back humps for Klitschko . 3 of the 4 KDs came from neck lock throw downs and elbow force to the face.
Klitschko's illegal hold fest against Povetkin would even put Jack Johnson to shame.

I'd pick Peter and Briggs over all of them except Ruddock.

Alas, there isn't an emoji expressive enough to depict the level of amusement that^^ gave me.

    Thanks for the laugh.

Briggs was shot when he fought Vitali, not to mention that he fought wih one arm due to an injury. Peter was pretty washed up, got outboxed by Toney and Chambers.

With Vitali, it is a lot of he would have done this or that, but actually who did he beat? Byrd, walked hom down. A 200 pound man walked a 250 pound man down, do you realize that? That fight was actually a lot closer than the official cards suggested.

Briggs wasn't at his best, I'd agree. However, Thomas, Holmes and Spinks were likewise shot or at the end of their careers. Berbick was never really any great shakes to start with. Peter was the champion when Vitali fought him, coming off a multi year layoff. And he won vs Toney.

I rate Byrd highly. Vitali was beating him widely until he could no longer continue.

The only difference being that one of us is of sound mind, whereas you are clearly delusional.

LOL - Not at his best?? He was a 39-year-old, overweight asthmatic, who should never have been allowed near a World Championship boxing ring.

You've just referred to Thomas, Holmes and Spinks as being "shot". What does that make Briggs, especially since he was over a decade past having been relevant?

Seriously - your love for Vitali knows no bounds. Anything to prop up his below-mediocre ledger. It's gotten beyond ridiculous.

Yeah - we covered this already. Don't you remember?

Maybe you just need some knew material? Must be difficult for someone obsessed with polishing Vitali's ledger.

Briggs was coming off 3 consecutive ko wins and went on to have 9 more consecutive wins, 8 by ko. I bet you're feeling like a dumbo right now.
