* Brock Jarvis more likely to appear on above card or the 31 Oct Sat Gallen vs

* Gallen has been preparing at Final Round Gym. I don't who the fella on
the right is but if Gallen is around 105 kg he is one big individual.

* Francis Chua has revealed he was offered a fight with Kambosos Jr on
Pacquiao vs Thurman card but a family illness meant he couldn't take
up the offer. Chua had a fight lined up in Manila before lockdown.
* DAZN still hoping to launch in Oceania region Sept with Canelo fight.
Joseph Parker was suppose to have a fight in NZ Aug to launch DAZN
in NZ.

 

Yeah there's been no word on when DAZN is launching in NZ. Was meant to be May before covid hit and then Parker was meant to fight to kick it off but things have gone quiet recently. Parker doesn't really have anyone to fight as Fa has priced himself out and McKean hasn't been mentioned at all.

 

* Horn vs Tszyu card update.
* COVID 19 has meant withdrawal of Kiwi boxers David Light and Nort Beauchamp.
A new opponent for Liam Wilson TBA but Ben Kelleher at present off the card.
* It seems Joe Camilleri greed has cost him a fight with Isaac Hardman and new
opponent is Jamie Weetch. Jamie is fighting first time in nearly 20 mths since
giving Dennis Hogan a test and if any where near his best Isaac could be in for
rough night.

Just read over at the Scene that Jeff Horn is continuing to run his mouth about Tim Tszyu saying he is just riding his fathers coat tails. It seems Horn is rattled by Tszyu Jnr's confidence.

 

MP it seems there is some truth what you be saying all this time about the Hornet
and Rushton . They both bit the hand that fed them . What do you think of this article ?

Yeah mate I am not surprised, there was always something about them from the get go that seemed disingenuous. They never came across as good blokes both Horn and Rushton to me always seemed like weirdo's both very arrogant and narcissistic. I find Rushton to come across as very dishonest and a BS merchant especially when talking about his credentials in the world of combat he is very delusional because I think his narcissism makes him believe his own lies. I would not be surprised to see Horn and Rushton have a fall out in the next few years as once Horn retires he will be of no use to Rushton. Jeff Horn has always been very smug I can see why he was bullied in high school and I doubt he has many real friends currently.

Horn talks s good media game but what a bull sheet artist - see he is drastically upset over Kim. So upset that he has forgotten all his contact details.

I hope TT beats him like a drum out of the ring and into retirement.

I remember years ago this site had an Australian forum / section to itself...... sadly those days of interest in Aussie boxing have diminished outside the hardcore still left on here. I remember the Yellow machine nuthuggers and haircut boy, what happened to those losers?

 

Haircut boy and the socks kid didn't even really follow boxing I assume haircut boy is still creeping out the girls in his office LOL.

That's amazing,so your telling us that a boxer is talking **** about his upcoming opponent,that's pretty much unheard of?
Tszyu jr has obviously done well so far fighting and beating regional level fighters,there is no issue with him or anybody taking advantage of doors opened up by having a famous parent etc. but everybody knows he has been riding his dads coat tails and has been fortunate enough to get the money and opportunities he has because of his last name.

What are your thoughts on the article posted by @juppity exposing Horn and Rushton for the grubs they are?

 

Plenty of hardcore aussies still on here that just don't post in here because of the arseholes who were the main reason the aussie section turned into an embarrassing cesspool, which got shut down.

 

Boxing is and has had some of the biggest scum around unfortunately and Horn having a bit of confidence and saying a few things about his opponent doesn't make him even close to being 1 of those scumbags.
Even if what was said in that article by a couple of disgruntled former team members who are now in Tszyus corner was true,there is way more evidence of positives about Horn or things that have been said about him.
