Now when it comes to chins hagler and lamotta are pretty names for that but i think lamotta has an edge for that and again hagler had little advantages but his biggest was his chin , lamotta had a better steel chin and a masturful obviously better left hand , hagler is in a disadvantage because this is the same man who had trouble against leonard , a man like lamotta with footwork not like leonard but good in its own right can definitely beat hagler not mentioning his explosive style similar to mike tyson and his amazing body combos which we know hagler is a sucker for , hagler ko in the 10th

Lamotta knocked Sugar Ray Robinson down and won him in his prime and if jake beat one of the best p4ps ever he can beat hagler

Hagler wins every round before stopping Lamotta around the 8th-10th

Well, many agree Jake was robbed in at least one other in the series. And if you've seen the sixth fight you already know what a tough time Ray had with Jake there too.

That evens up the series a lot if you think about it, rather than stopping the thought process at "5 to 1."

You can not be serious Hagler would replicate Robinsons record if he fought La Motta 6 times

I actually think Hagler was better up close than Lamotta and I think he applied pressure more ferociously. His jab was more powerful also.

I think it's one of those where LaMotta can only win by getting the fight inside, but once he's there he isn't gonna like what he finds.
