Pretty much a toss up fight imo.

As long as 'enry gets the bout over here, he should win, but as mcvey suggests, it would be tight.

Great fight. Cooper was good, but cutting was a serious reality for him. I think overall Cooper was better, but I still think Jones had a better track record in tough fights (slightly). Jones by TKO on cuts in 6. I prefer Cooper by a bloody SD. Toss-up I would have to say. Both were inconsistent.

The cut thing was more an annoyance for Cooper, than a threat to a loss. From the late 50s until his retirement in 71, he only lost on cuts in the two Ali fights. Cooper's main problem in the 60s was being outpointed and knocked out...

True, very good fighters do not tend too. But he was knocked out four times from when he started to challenge for domestic honours (and more), and only stopped on cuts, as mentioned by Ali, in the time period...

Agree. Jones was a good boxer but a dangerous left hook from Henry like the one which floored Cassius Clay could end it

Jones had the skill to outbox Henry or cut him up. But if Henry lands his 'Ammer,he stops Doug.
