Now starting here i have to say this , i am a fan of dillian whyte but when he faced parker I thought it was a robbery I’ll explain why now watching the match from the first rounds i saw parker out jabbing the hell out of whyte with whyte coming back with little counters after that parker goes crazy and starts literally outboxing whyte throwing hooks , and throwing body shot combos slipping the punches he outboxed whyte , then whyte that dirty fighter starts grabbing his head downwards to hit him because he cant hit him without cheating and thats what we saw from fury aswell then whyte throws a big lead hook with parker avoiding it like a champ keeps outboxing whyte till he grabs parker and hooks him that dirty boxer parker then gets up and redeems himself like the champ he is by knocking him down and the judges gave it to whyte for some reason what a shameful robbery
i think whyte had his moments but he cheated much like fury and also lost but the judges gave him the win somehow which was a weird decision
Half the ringsiders had it a draw, even with Whyte being credited for a headbutt knockdown. The Talksport commentators, Steve Bunce, etc., all had it too close to call. Tony Bellew and the other wankers at SKY had Whyte winning by a country mile. Mmmmmm. It was a good fight and I'd love to see a rematch.
not even a draw that headbutt and the holding he did he was doin sum dirty work in there man sad parker didn’t get his win
Wh Whyte probably didn’t even touch parker that much and parker surprisingly caught him alot and countered more being the better fighter dont know how these mental judges think tbh
I feel like Johnny Depp in Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas after attempting to read the original post, that was tough! I have a feeling that this thread is starting to slide into dodgy territory so before it does I just want to say that I can see where you are coming from, Sean, but I think Whyte just about edged it, Parker took way too long to wake up and although there were the headbutts and spoiling tactics he was a World Champion months before that fight and a World Champion level fighter should have known how to deal with Whyte.
This whole Whyte lost against Parker myth is exactly that...a myth Parker was concussed due to the headbutt admittedly but during the groggy period clearly didn't do enough in the early to middle rounds Whyte bullied him and yea,the Ref should have done more but he didn't, Parker should have fought back in the same manner but clearly cant Sure it might have different minus the headbutt but it happened
