Roy doesn't have enough to keep Joe off of him. I believe what Rumsfeld wrote summarizes this matchup. To paraphrase Joe Louis, Roy can run but he can't hide.

It's not about the fact that I can't see the differences.
70sFan865 said that Frazier was much bigger, much stronger and more powerful than Roy.
And I just replied that Ruiz was also much bigger, much stronger and more powerful than Roy, yet Roy still won.

It's not silly at all. You said that Frazier was much bigger, much stronger and more powerful than Roy.
I simply pointed out that Ruiz was also much bigger, much stronger and more powerful than Roy, yet he still didn't win.
This doesn't automatically mean Roy is gonna win, but he has a good enough chance.

No, I said that Ali was much bigger, much stronger and more powerful than Roy and yet he couldn't stop Frazier.

What is interesting, you never give credit older smaller fighters for beating bigger men but your whole argument here is from one fight against very underwhelming Ruiz.

Again, your comparing Frazier and Ruiz as if they fought similarly, and had the same
skill level. Ruiz was nothing special as a heavyweight. Most knowledgeable fans know
that. It's like comparing A Dodge Challenger Hellcat to A Dodge Challenger base.
Both cars look almost identical but the " Hell cat" Challenger is a much different beast
under the hood than the Challenger base.
Both Ruiz and Frazier were heavyweights but they were completely different beast
as fighters.

Roy looks good for a few rnds moving and firing quick shots but after a few rnd e runs out of luck and get destroyed. Not pretty

I'm sorry, I misunderstood.

In the scenarios I don't, it's cause those big men were not skilled.

I just gave that as an example to show that Roy's speed can help him win. That does not mean he'll automatically win, but he's in with a shot due to that.
Plus, if you look at their size, there isn't that much difference in size between FOTC Frazier and a 2003 Roy Jones:
Joe Frazier was 5 feet 11 1⁄2,, 205 pounds and had a 73 inch reach
Roy Jones Jr was 5 feet 11, 193 pounds and had a 74 inch reach

But 1966 Muhammad Ali was, he did not get banned from boxing until 1967.

You are wrong my friend, Roy Jones Jr is no Oscar Bonavena on Sept 21 1966, knocked Joe Frazier down twice in one round, also Roy is no George Foreman either in 1973 and 1976.

It's not about knocking him out or even knocking him down. I think it is very possible however that Jones could wobble Frazier early on with a sharp punch that he wouldn't see coming.

I know what you mean, but Ali did not accomplish this until Fight II in 1874, round 2, but referee Tony Perez made a mistake in separating both Frazier and Ali.
