Only channel boxing related channel i used to watch on youtube, no good channels like his out there anymore. Used to love the podcasts too every Wednesday
Yeah so anyone know the deal with boxing gossip? He was spot on with his analysis most of the time and very knowledgeable.
One of the worst posters on the site calling someone a mong lol. BG was a class act who knew a lot more about boxing than you do.
I've heard that he was ***** whipped, busy with new job and just burned out. Could be a combination of some or all 3 things. I know sometimes you need to cut things out of your life for your own sanity. He may have spent too much time with the channel and boxing in general, I know he was a bit of a betting man as well. I respect his decision to leave but all the same would love to have him back even if the videos were less frequent. I too regularly listened to the Wendsday podcast. Miss it.
Yes he said himself that he was in a new relationship and he couldn’t justify the time he spent on the channel compared to the time he spent with her. I also think work was very busy and he didn’t have that much free time anyway. So he had to prioritise and decided that the time spent on the channel wasn’t worth it. He fell out of love with the channel and no longer enjoyed it. I assume lots of people have asked when he is coming back but here we are (2 Years later) and he is still away. It was a shame that’s irish Tom never made it onto any other channels. I think some of the others appeared a bit on BDA boxing.
