I am open to hearing unconventional opinions & being persuaded, but I just do not see McCall hitting nearly as hard as contemporaries Ruddock, Smith, Tua, Foreman, Morrison, Bruno. Or even Tyson or Lewis, & some others I cannot think of offhand.

Maybe he hits harder than I think, but it would be news to me if he hit as hard as say Cooper or Mercer.
That is about the limit of what I would think possible.
And if he really had both maybe the greatest chin ever & that concussive power-absent the endurance & slight boxing or finishing deficits of a Shavers-I feel he would have been even more successful, with over a 50.6% KO%.

He was a modern sized HW & undoubtedly hit really hard compared to any average man & harder than most all non-boxers his size, but I just do not see him with that level of power.

But I respect your opinion & welcome the input of others!

Thank you Mr. Walker, but it that standard is like being Gulliver among the Lilliputians!
Some of them must be decent people in real life, but the Internet with its anonymity brings out the worst in many. Whose egos get desperately tied to over-identification with favorite fighters, & villainizing other hard working pugilists & their supporters.

Still it has gotten better over time, two steps forward & one step back, & I thin majorityk that the are at least decent. I am from Midtown NYC. They used to list at least countries here, made it more personal.
