Me and a pal were talking about Beterbiev down the pub, and I told him he's a nonce and don't know **** about **** because he said Beterbiev beats any LHW in history. Help me sort this out or we're gonna have to get our vests out and have a straightner in the garden. Does Beterbiev beat Ezzard Charles?
Charles resisted Marciano once . Marciano who was more ruthless that beterbiev . Charles stops beterbiev 8 or less
All I'm saying is Beterbiev has a chance against someone who definitely doesn't have a granite chin. Do I expect Charles to win yes. Is it out of question Beterbiev wins no and it would be crazy to say so.
Charles went 22 with Marciano. 15 with Louis. 28 with Moore. 34 with Bivins. 20 with Burley. Etc etc etc. All who'd stop Beterbeiv. Charles gets dropped a lot, but it's just like Tito/JMM, it doesn't mean his chin is poor.
I disagree with Bivins and Burley they both get slept. Louis and Marciano were atgs but at heavyweight. Moore's chin was also suspect. If Beterbiev keeps going like he is and against top guys then I'll keep saying this.
I like Beterbiev and think he'd be a hard fight for most LHW ever, but you'd have to favour Charles on pedigree. He fought everybody and beat most.
