You've proven absolutely nothing. The facts corroborate with what I say , not with what you say... Vitali chose to fight Hoffman instead of rematching Byrd.
History shows this to be fact. Chris Byrd also is on record proving this as fact.
If Vitali wanted his rematch he wouldn't have let Byrd fight Wlad.

You have nothing to say or show , all you have is stupid questions. . Asking me to produce a copy of the rematch clause shows how much of a failure you are.
We all know Vitali never sought that rematch. He was good enough to fight Hoffman (a bum) but he wasn't good enough to rematch a Byrd with a full training camp.. There are the facts.. Am i lying? Prove it???

What is Vitali’s best win again?Holyfield has the better resume.Beating the Danny Williams, Chisoras and Manuel Chars, you should be ashamed to criticize Holyfield’s record. He had his opportunity against the faded Lewis and blew it.Lennox was there for the taking, the conditions for the upset were there.Yet, it was Vitali’s face that turned out to be a bloody mess. The stoppage was abolutely justified.Lennox destroyed his face.Past prime Holyfield did better against Lewis, than Prime Vutali against a faded Lewis, facts are facts. You are talking Bowie now, Bowe from Holyfield I and II would stop Vitali. It would be worse than the Lewis fight. That version of Bowe is a better fighter than the faded Lewis.Against his other best opponent, VITALI quit.Byrd took that fight on a 1 week notice, yet VITALI still could not beat him.Byrd walked him down, a man that 50 pound ps heavier than him.Who did VITALI beat to become champion? Herbie never has been Hide, he is not in the same class as Douglas.Vitali did not avenge his losses. He ran from Byrd let his little brother do the job for him,Holyfield beat Moored in the rematch and beat Bowe in the rematch and arguably beat Lewis in the rematch.

I'd be extremely worried for anyone that could somehow score Holyfield over Lewis in either fight. There's no way he won either.

Well a lot of the press media did. The reality is a lot of folks can not look at it objectiveley because of what happened the first time. That is also what Foreman clearly implied during the broadcast. It was actually a close fight.

Competitive fight with a few very tight rounds. But even being as charitable as possible to Holyfield, I don’t see how Lewis wins fewer than 6 rounds.

Well they should have been moved into other jobs because boxing sure ain't their thing.

that is your opinion.Quite a lot of the press row had it for Holyfield. Watch closely and you can see that Holyfield blocked a lot of the shots with his gloves. His punches made more damage in my opinion. I do not have an issue with anybody scoring it closely either waybut I do have an issue with the official cards in both fights. At the end, the official result of a draw and a win for Lewis is probably fair.

A draw would have been fair this time

Indeed - It was a closer bout, but I see no case for a Holyfield win, in the rematch. You really have to be giving Holyfield every benefit of every doubt (and Lewis none) to maybe squeeze a draw.

I've seen the fight more than enough. There are fights that can reasonably go either way. This isn't one of them.

You'd have to be giving a couple of rounds to Holyfield for effective Holyfieldism ;)

Blind mice for sure. Who were all these guys and what were their cards?

I'm not one for punchstats as they can be misleading but in this case they were pretty good. Lewis swept them in basically every area.

Let's be honest, a group of 'hardcore' fans is gonna be more reliable than the front row of press.
