I'd rather see GGG try moving one division than Manny move, what, his ninth?

You can blame a 140lb sized fighter for not wanting to fight 2 or 3 weight classes above whats already a stretch for him in terms of both size and weight. Especially one who is nearly 42 years old and semi retired

I wouldnt even want to see a Pac vs GGG fight, the size difference is too big. It would just be a repeat of Mikey vs Errol. GGG must have about 10cm on Pac in terms of height and reach and even in his fights at 147 Pac comes in under weight

It sounds like a superstart fight if you live in fantasy land but in the real world ts not a good match up

Id rather see Pac at 140 and GGG at 168

Pac has proven himself time and time again. Pac has moved up several weightlessness and dethroned several champs .

If anything its ggg that should step up and try his luck .

The excuses are interesting compared to what the same excuse-makers would say about FJM in the same scenario.

Ggg is trash for even attempting to get pac in the ring. He needs to rematch chenko or fight charlo.

i think this move shows that he is desperate for a good payday now that the third canelo fight seems like a no-go. Ggg has zero drawing power of his own and is in the twilight of his career so he needs a name fighter to generate some good final paydays.

This. I also noticed GGG wasn’t interested in meeting PAC in the middle at 154, but instead wanted PAC to take all the risk by jumping two weight classes.

GGG would hit Charlo more than he would have hit Manny even without the same reach advantage, Charlo is the much bigger fighter but still should not be mentioned in the same sentence as Manny, he will never crack the P4P top 10 like GGG or Manny.

What would have been the point in that? He would be drained at 154.
