    The blonde bomber said on twitter that her power comes from her glutes, I was laughed at for posted the vid below some time back about her important glutes are for balance, is there any strength to her arguement?

    Wilder's legs are literally toothpicks & he has no ass.

    Many historical punchers had toothpick legs

    Power is generated through velocity, leverage (technique) & mass

    It's a whole body movement/motion & genetic traits (muscular, skeletal) have big influence.

    Having strong legs is only important to ground yourself. If you aren't grounded you can't develop much power.
