I agree that Frazier wasn't prime, but I don't think he was too far away from it. He had a bit of a dip after Ali 1 due to inactivity (1971) and poor competition (1972), but the Foreman blowout seemed to wake him up. The rest of his career (except Cummings way too late) was pretty decent, losing only to ATGs Ali and Foreman.
