$3 million seems fair, since it would be a career high payday for Thurman, but considering how badly Crawford is in need of a decent opponent on his resume at 147 Thurman is in a good position to demand $5 million. PAC, Porter, or Mikey Garcia would definitely want more than $5 million to fight Crawford.

This will be a question of who needs the other guy more. Bud needs to step up his choice of opponent. Keith can be a force at welter again if he beats bud but is he willing to do it for less money. Is bud willing to give up some of his purse to make it happen. My opinion is Bud needs Keith more than Keith needs him.
Let's be honest, I'm of the opinion that Keith can and should command more than Crawford should they fight. Keith is and has been consistently one of the biggest TV draws in boxing aside from the PPV mega attractions. Keith's track record proves this. Crawford doesn't have anywhere near the popularity. With the size of the fight, neither guy is getting $8 or $10 million. Keith certainly warrants $3 to $5 million (if the fight can generate enough). I'd say the purses should show parity as Keith is without hardware to bring into this fight and Crawford still has a strap. If both were bringing belts, I'd say Keith should get a bit more.
