    What's your reasoning though?

    Like what makes him the best P4P in your opinion? IMO there is more than 1 person on his own résumé who ranks higher than him P4P.

    He's far from being the greatest. Pacquiao is greater than him, as well as many others.

    Thats old **** unless you have some proof the CSAC have never had. Good excuse for Floyd & Fishnets to duck him & Cowardly Cotto to find an excuse for the ass whuppin' Tony gave him. They couldnt beat him Legitimately but he was in the way so this is what happened. They ruined a good FIGHTER's career

    If you are familiar with his career you don’t need to ask this question because it’s a pointless debate. Though who know the game inside out understand he is arguably the best ever. A real master of the game.

    Care to elaborate as to why? I mean, a green Charles beat the brakes off Burley (twice) and beat Burley's best win thrice, when Moore was prime. Not to mention Charles become champion.
