I've never seen this guy box. Is he supposed to be really good? Or is he RUBBISH?

He’s an unknown quantity but to be fair, facing a fair level of opponent here in only his 4th pro fight. Journeyman Winters recently took Parker 5 rounds.

He didn't look great against Parker but not a total scrub either. Teslenko was highly rated by some as a prospect, and in his 17th fight he lost to Winters. Basically gassed pretty bad and got jumped on. For your 4th fight I think Winter is decent going so Babic must not be terrible

6ft 1 for a Heavyweight in 2020 is small, it will be interesting to see how he does against some of these behemoths.

Problen for me is, an unknown quantity from Croatia should not be the home fighter on a 5 fight UK Sky ppv. If he was a good fighter in a good fight, no problem. From Bakole v Kuzmin (was looking forward to that) to Babic v Winters is terrible.

I think he’s basically a tough sparring partner of Whytes who is one of those impressive in sparring guys.

has an ok amateur pedigree but realised due to age and nationality he is going to just go all out to make a name for himself. No point padding his record as he’s not expected to bring serious money to a promotion. He’s a novelty act that could gain a following.

he’s told Whyte that if there’s an opportunity he will take it. Will likely fight a UK heavy next such as Webb or Little then aim at the likes of Wach and Dimitrenko

Eddies' reckons he's doing us a favour cutting out the fights no one wants to see and the 3 or 4 nothing fights.

Shocking statement that from Apples n Pears, finally admitting what he's been serving up on undercards for the past ten years.

Fair play. Tough test for his 4th fight and not hanging about. Would be good to see him in with a UK opponent next if he wins and is going to feature on matchroom shows

Higgins (Parker’s manager) going at it with billy Nelson on twitter.

Higgins claiming bakole turned the havoc fight down with 3 weeks notice...also that some guy I’ve not heard of kO’d bakole in sparring.

Bit sure any it’s true but how can they not find an opponent for Bakole and pull 2 other heavyweights in to make a fight??

Just seen that, although it's not Higgins it's some random on Twitter replying beneath Higgins' original post.

But yeah it's nonsensical for Bakole not to take up even a short notice fight. I bet most casual fans have forgotten totally about Bakole. Would have been a good way for him to stay relevant by appearing on a Whyte undercard.

I like sound of Babic but how is this fight been sanctioned by bbbofc, as Winters weighs 13.9st with clothes on. I thought you had to be over Cruiserweight limit to fight a heavyweight.

He is literally a Croatian doorman. Quite a funny guy so will be fun to watch though.

He'll win this fight but let's be honest he's only on because Hearn needs to get another HW on the card, ANY heavyweight would have done.

To be fair Babic was only 206 with clothes on. It’s basically two cruiserweights fighting but being marketed as heavyweights. Babic could comfortably do cruiser by the looks of things and winters could potentially make light heavy...
