Did not like the lack of respect Whyte has shown Povetkin. Ignored hand shake at weigh in, didn't touch gloves between rounds, didn't congratulate him after the decision. Was already half out the ring after winner announced.

Anthony Joshua analysis post fight was bang on. So called maximum violence, had him down with 2.30 left in the round and just carried on plodding forward jabbing.

Also, when watching the knockout, with his new haircut he actually looked a little like chisora.

Please somebody make Hughie Fury vs. David Price while there’s still time.

It sells itself: The Resistable Force vs. the Moveable Object.

Can the man with a shattered china chin last with the man who can’t bust a grape?

Did anyone else feel like Dillian looked extra plodder tonight?

He was looking slow and lethargic, and even was walking like an old man.

Very strange considering he's been off the grid in portugal for months and months, and took the right stuff to get in decent shape (for him).

Great punch from povetkin. That was just class. Whyte looked fairly comfortable in there to be honest. The upper cut did him against Joshua and has done him tonight.

I don't see why he would retire he will make loads of money in the rematch and povetkin will be a bit older then as well.

I always support the British fighter but the thing I got out of it all tonight was Joshua v fury is more likely now as this mandatory thing has been scrapped.

I don't think Whyte has been mandatory for over a thousand days either. I remember him turning down ortiz who then got the wilder fight. He was leapfrogged by brezeale as well which was a bit harsh but no chance has it been a thousand days.

Okay, but hes tried to pretend there's beef between them all week. Povetkin doesnt even speak English. Those scenes at the end were shocking, he wouldn't even look forward when the winner was being announced. I get you're disappointed but take your L and move on.

He is clueless, I have no idea why boxers employ him.

Povetkin went to touch gloves between rounds and whyte ignored him. He actually looked miffed. Could have been the extra bit of disrespect that gave Pov the drive to not accept the pay day loss and land a perfect KO

I noticed that. Povetkin could have stuck the boot in after but he remained magnanimous and dignified in his interview.

nonsense mate , you are a good poster usually

he got caught with a punch from the gods, he was boxing well and he is a very good boxer.

Same **** got said about AJ

Whyte problem is he switches off because he thinks he is better than what he is, but he is world class

He should be nowhere near Fury, AJ or Wilder anytime soon, he doesn't stand a chance against any of them.
Maybe fight the winner of Joyce and DDD

Shown his true colours this week. Continual disrespect to his opponent and he got his comeuppance. I quite liked whyte before this fight but I must say didn't like the scenes before hand and found the knockout satisfying to watch and yet disappointed at the same time to see just how weak the division is.right now beyond AJ and Fury

He’s not world class. He’s sloppy, his balance is dreadful, he almost falls over when he swings for the trees, he’s technically quite poor. That said, he’s entertaining and gives everything. I’m conflicted with him as I will always tune in to watch his fights, I just wished he’d stop with all the self entitled hard done to rubbish. He’s made an absolute fortune off the back of cherry picks, helpful referees and Sky/Matchroom backing...unfortunately for him, then things can’t help you with a big left uppercut right on the chin.

Do very good boxers go 23 rounds with Chisora, with Del Boy winning the first fight and then winning the second fight till the knockout, I don't think so, mad how many people have bought the con, this bloke literally went 23 round with Derick Chisora
