Whyte was brutally KO'd by a 40 year old Povetkin's left uppercut.

Ruddock was brutally dropped by left hooks from Morrison.

I think you know where I'm goin with this. They both have the tools to take each other out. The question is, who beats who? Both big boys with aggressive slugging styles and lack defense. No way this goes all 12 rounds.

I think the fight would be competitive while it lasted but I think ultimately Ruddock would Catch Whyte with the smash and put him down for the count.

Otherwise the Morrison-Ruddock ko wasn't brutal at all and Ruddock was far away from his prime.

He was in his prime when he was dropped by Tyson's hooks. Smith had him down too. Let's not pretend Ruddock had an iron jaw with the "prime" excuses.

And Tyson wasn't an over the hill old fighter like Povetkin.

Cool. Point being Ruddock got dropped by hooks all throughout his career by multiple guys who were both better than and worse than Whyte.

Do You want to talk about the matchup?

Whyte’s tendency to slug and leaving himself open could be his downfall here. I think he either gets caught by Riddick and stopped, or Whyte wins a very close decision while being dropped along the way.

Razor will hit Whyte in the head sometime inside of 5 rounds and knock him out in a not too skillful fight

Whyte ends up almost sparked out by Ruddock s shots. One thing Razor could do, was Crack hard.

Ruddock was a solid contender. Whyte, just a contender is a down time of heavyweight boxing.

While Whyte could win in theory, I think Razor would catch up to him. Ruddock had a decent chin, Whyte does not.

Gotta lean towards the Razor in this one.
