    that was a great round for smith, alvarez was staggered. glad the fight turned out as competitive as it has been so far

    Eleider just doesn't throw enough. Looks similar to the second Kov fight. I favored him here cause Smith wouldn't box like Kov but he's just getting outworked.

    If Smith didn't load up so much and was better at putting shots together on general he would have taken Alvarez out that round. Looking very bad for Alvarez. Probably doesn't last much longer

    Dominant Smith round, he had him out on his feet, pounding his skull in, his face is a mess. Eleider was staggered by a series of hooks in the middle of the Ring, Joe backed him into the corner and started wailing on him with uppercuts and left and right hooks. He's in trouble.

    Thought he would box more myself. Came out trading with Smith. Not a wise move
    Smith isn't giving him him much room to breath either though.

    Eleider might lose but I've always thought he is a better puncher than Smith. Smith's power is overrated.

    I don't get the claim that he's one of the hardest hitters in boxing. Hes not the best puncher at LHW much less boxing. Guys tough as nails and naturally heavy handed but come on.
