Not on the judges cards. But many thought Tubbs edged it. But Bowe improved between Tubbs and Holyfield.

Bowe would have stomped post-prison Mike...not as sure about 80s Mike.

Bowe could most certainly have beaten Lewis up to around '93. After that, especially after Lewis got with Steward, i think Bowe would have lost bad.

Too bad Newman ruined the Bowe-Lewis fight by offering Lewis a preposterously low amount of money. In fact, Newman is a good part of the reason we never saw that fight, he was a terrible manager.

It is interesting that Lewis turned down a MUCH bigger offer to fight Bowe after Bowe's win of Holyfield III. Lewis almost certainly would have stopped him at that point.

Tubbs has an argument in a close fight. But Frazier fights nothing like Tubbs. Tubbs was a slick, cagey boxer mover. Frazier was a small pressure fighter. History shows Bowe matches up better with small pressure boxers than jab and move merchants

This would be a terrific fight I believe. Two excellent inside fighters with a lot of heart. Both can punch. Bowe has the slightly better chin while Frazier had better workrate and late round stamina. I can see them hammering at each at center ring. Although I rate Frazier higher as an ATG is skeptical to favor him due to Bowe’s noticeable physical advantages but anything can happen
