I am not disparaging Fury. I am simply saying that he is enjoying his moment in the spotlight and has no intention of fighting any earlier than he absolutely has to. All the bluff and bluster simply is a way of maintaining relevance while deflecting from the real issue, namely setting a time and date for the Wilder rematch. My assumption is that the next Fury/Wilder match will not be a simply rehash of the second one but that I am interested in seeing the fight.
In 5 fights or less he can create his legacy. Wilder 3rd fight. Rubber stamp it finally. Joshua. Maybe rematch. Defence. WBC obligation. Povetkin? Whyte?
What does this mean? Does it imply that any other boxer does not have fighting in his blood? I hear this statement quite often and I it has no meaning or relevance whatsoever. Does it mean Americans don't have fighting in their blood, or Germans or Japanese, or any other national group?
Fury fought wilder in 2018, got knocked down in brutal fashion, got back up and in 99% of people's eyes he won. Fury then proceeded to fight wilder again, the same guy that is capable of KOing anyone on his day brutally. I fail to see why he would be scared of Joshua after fighting Wlad K and Deontay? Joshua may be better than Wilder but he doesn't punch harder. If anyone has shown ring anxiety is Wilder and Joshua, not fury. Fury knows he's the best p4p boxer in HW boxing right now, arguably the best in all of boxing.
Fury is a traveller, travellers have fighting as their heritage, Specifically bare knuckle boxing, fighting is their culture from the moment travellers are old enough to fight, they fight this is what I’m referring to, not him being a career boxer

My point is Fury is arguably the best boxer on the planet right now. He's at least the most complete boxer.
Not really. Hes stucknon limbo due to the pandemic and the fact Wilder has a rematch clause that theyve been unable to schedule yet. Furys just talking trash to keep his name out there and build hype. Hes been doing this since he was at domestic level.
